The team behind TriFound is made up of qualified financial professionals from all over the country who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their Legacy.
Founder & President
Gary Harris
Since Gary began his career in the financial services industry in the early 2000s, he’s made it a top priority to assist clients in achieving their financial potential. In doing so, he has developed a strong understanding of his clientele, allowing him to accurately address the specific needs, concerns and opportunities of each client.
Gary serves the Kalamazoo community through his positions on the board of directors and finance committee at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Kalamazoo.
When he’s not working with clients, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, and their two teenagers, Xavier and Maria. He is a dedicated “sports dad” who enjoys watching Xavier and Maria compete at sporting events. He also appreciates quiet time at home and reading.

Shane Hemphill
Shane started his career in the financial field after graduating cum laude from Northwood University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He joined TriFound in 2011.
Shane’s true passion is informing his clients so they can make solid financial decisions. He believes the benefits TriFound clients receive go far beyond anything that he could provide on his own, and the team atmosphere supports his belief in cohesive financial strategies.
Shane resides in Freeland, Michigan and his “support” team at home includes his wife, Amanda; children, William and Eleanor; and their dog, Copper. Shane credits much of his success and happiness to a strong family structure and his belief in God.
Favorite sports to watch or sports team: Football and basketball, along with the University of Michigan and all Detroit teams (Tigers, Lions, Pistons, Red Wings).

Justin Pippert
Justin’s top priority is accurately assessing his clients’ financial makeup and helping them enhance their accounts. At TriFound, Justin believes he works with some of the best legal, financial and tax minds in the country. This resource, along with his thorough understanding of his clients’ needs and goals, gives him the ability to craft comprehensive financial plans that help clients avoid common mistakes.
Justin earned a degree in finance, specializing in mathematics, which has helped him achieve excellence in his field.
What do you collect? I am an avid golf fan, so I keep the scorecard from every new course where I play. I am also a big fan of anything Detroit-sports related, so I have some items from every team.

Jason DeRosa
Jason began his career in financial services over 15 years ago. Prior to joining the team at TriFound, he worked at both SunTrust Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley.
While he has a passion for capital markets and the opportunities they present, Jason understands that comprehensive planning is the key to personal financial success.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Jason has an MBA in finance. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Jason has lived in Florida for 30 years. He and his wife, Jill, are both are from Long Island. They have two children, Matthew and Cate. Jason is a big fan of the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffett.

Susan Radziewicz
As our Client Care Specialist, Susan coordinates and oversees the schedules of TriFound’s professionals, as well as our supporting staff. Much of what drives Susan is her strong belief in keeping clear and open lines of communication at all times, and that starts with our team members at TriFound. She also prides herself on establishing a strong relationship with each potential client and creating a pleasant experience from start to finish. Susan enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children.

Stan, an Investment Adviser Representative and insurance professional, has dedicated nearly three decades to assisting retirees and pre-retirees with creating financial strategies to help them work toward their goals. Before Stan and his team joined TriFound in January 2017, Stan founded Eden Financial Group, Inc.
An advocate for comprehensive financial and retirement planning, Stan helps ensure all components of a client’s financial affairs work in collaboration so they may produce the best possible outcome. He specializes in finding places where money is “falling through the cracks.”
Stan aims to help his clients understand the disadvantages of an unplanned retirement and the costly mistakes that could arise from lack of preparation and attention to detail. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Stan earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University, where he majored in finance.
Stan and his wife, Marylin, live in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and attend Grand Avenue Baptist Church, where Stan loves to be as involved as he can be. He enjoys fishing and traveling in his spare time.

Brianna Cheesmond
Brianna has worked in the financial services field since 2013. She holds a life and health insurance license and has passed the Series 7 and Series 65 securities exams. Brianna’s passion is helping clients feel at ease with their financial pictures, so they know they have a plan, not only for today, but for the future.
Brianna lives in her hometown of Laingsburg with her dog, Melo. In her free time, she enjoys coaching volleyball and spending time with her family.
Who inspires you? My mother is the person who inspires me more than anyone. She has taught me many lessons in life, but the one I will carry with me the most is that I can do anything I set my mind to with dedication and hard work. I will always know she is my biggest fan!

Brett became a member of the TriFound family in early 2022. Having worked in the financial realm previously as well as coordinating with families who have lost loved ones, Brett’s focus has been maintaining quality lines of communication to take the burden of ambiguity out of his clients lives.
Brett strives to assist TriFound’s clients in achieving their financial goals. He believes that TriFound’s ethics and strong team atmosphere is the key to servicing our clientele in the most efficient way.
Living in Midland, Michigan, Brett enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being out in nature, and playing sports.
Who inspires you? My parents are the two people in my life that inspire me the most. Having experienced a multitude of strenuous times together, they remain compassionate and devoted to each other like no one else I have ever seen.

Kyle has been part of the TriFound team since 2014. He holds a series 65 as well as Life and Health licenses in multiple states.
After starting his career in the healthcare industry, Kyle quickly realized the importance of sound financial planning to help combat rising health care costs. He credits most of his success to strong moral values that were instilled in him by his family and his belief in God.
Today Kyle enjoys educating clients on the importance of a coordinated and efficient holistic plan during retirement. The background and experience he brings to his meetings has helped hundreds of people feel confident about their planning heading into retirement.
Living in his hometown of Tawas, Kyle spends his free time fishing local bass tournaments and gardening. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife Sara and his 3 children; Tyler, Isabella, and Madison.
Who inspires you? I think Kobe Bryant was very influential when I was growing up. He helped show the world that with hard work and dedication, you can achieve greatness.

Arica Adams
Arica is passionate about people and helping others. Arica graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2003. Coming from a retail operations background, Arica has an extensive knowledge in customer experience as well as people management.
In an effort to shift from retail, Arica obtained her Life and Health license in 2020. When Arica is not working she enjoys spending time with her children traveling, playing sports, and photography.

Taylor Hemphill
After earning a bachelor’s degree in communications, with minors in Japanese and French, Taylor joined the TriFound team as an account manager. Throughout college, she was involved in a variety of honors, language, and culture clubs, including serving as president of the university’s Language Honors Society.
Taylor spends her free time enjoying theater, painting, playing music, writing and spending time with friends and family. She resides in Midland with her fiancé, Nick, and cats, Remi and DeVito.

After graduating from Tacoma Community College, Sue started her first job in the financial field over 30 years ago. Her greatest joy comes from truly caring for every client she serves.
Sue has lived in Tacoma all of her life and loves spending time with family and friends, especially her dog, Sadie.

Allan Peil
Allan Peil grew up in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Growing up he saw how finances directly affected his family and how important planning is. This motivated him to enter the financial field upon graduation from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a BA in Finance. He entered the field first with Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor. He worked with insurance and investments obtaining his life, health, and long-term care licenses as well as his series 6 and 63. After three years at NM, he jumped at the opportunity to join the growing Trifound team where he is excited to help people achieve financial security in their lives.
Allan loves watching and playing sports, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.

Deb Harris
After becoming a widow in 2011, Deb realized how important it is to find solutions that help maximize retirement strategies for both married couples and single people. As the head of the health team at TriFound, she loves informing clients about the importance of having a retirement plan that is designed to address deep-rooted health care questions.
In her spare time, Deb takes every opportunity she can to spend time with her grandchildren.
What does your dream day look like? Spending time with my grandchildren at one of their many sporting events, followed by horseback riding in the fields with deer watching us from the distance.
