Arica is passionate about people and helping others. She graduated from Auburn University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology. Coming from a retail operations background, Arica has an extensive knowledge in customer experience as well as people management.

In an effort to shift from retail, Arica obtained her life and health licenses in 2020. When she’s not working, Arica enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, playing sports and photography.
